In addition to our ready-made courses, our training consultants are pleased to work with our clients to develop and conduct training packages according to our clients' specific needs and HSE policies, procedures and management plans.

Our training courses can be provided in English, Russian and Arabic. They can be conducted at one of our training facilities or at our Client's premises, no matter how remote they may be.
TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS
To ensure that our clients' organizational HSE challenges are addressed adequately and to identify areas where training is necessary, we offer training needs analysis. Training needs can be measured on an organizational level or on a job/ task level to provide data about organizational HSE training needs and employees' knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities needed to achieve optimum HSE performance. On the basis of a training needs analysis, areas are identified where an organization or certain positions can benefit from training. Specific, appropriate training packages are then developed and distributed to the identified groups for implementation.
TRAINING MODE
All of our training programs take an interactive approach. Many sessions are instructor-led, but they will not be presented as boring lectures. Our experienced instructors engage participants in workshops where all the participants will have a chance to share their experience and learn from each other. The training methods we offer are diverse and include instructor-led workshops, discussions, case studies, role-plays, computer-based training and field exercises. Continuous emphasis is placed on the physical and psychological fidelity of role-plays and how the knowledge and skills developed will transfer to the participant's everyday work experiences. Coaching is offered to participants to help them apply their new knowledge, skills and abilities at work.
PRE-REQUISITES
No prior knowledge or training is required for our courses unless stated otherwise. Anyone can benefit. Personal protective equipment and field safety inductions are required for exercises in the field.

Minimum 4 - Maximum 15
COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
Post-training competences are usually assessed by a written questionnaire and/ or hands-on/ field assessment.
TRAINING VENUE AND EQUIPMENT
Training can be conducted at our or Client’s premises.
Some sessions may have field exercises where the groups may be taken to construction or operational sites to practice their new knowledge and skills on the job.
PowerPoint Presentations, videotapes, student manuals and student CD-ROMs with computer-based training materials are used during classroom training sessions.
