Since April 2009 California HSE Group/ ROSHA LLC has started offering a new course "Train the Safety Trainer"

In difficult financial times, many organizations are inclined to rely on in-house safety trainers instead of external training providers. However, for successful training delivery, in-house safety trainers should have thorough subject matter expertise and training delivery skills. Also, in compliance with OSHA 2254 "Training Requirements in OSHA Standards and Training Guidelines" and ANSI Z490.1-2001 "Criteria for Accepted Practices in HSE Training" in-house safety trainers must complete, as a minimum, a “Train-the-Trainer” program specific to the topics they will teach.

To help organizations California HSE Group/ ROSHA LLC has developed a 2-day course for safety trainers "Train the Safety Trainer" based on the OSHA and ANSI requirements. It can feel really daunting standing up in front of others as the 'safety expert'.

Our approach to trainer training is about inspiring and motivating safety trainers, giving them simple training delivery skills, and making the training room a fun place to be. No matter what kind of safety training you do - safety audit, incident investigation, or safety leadership skills - you need to be well prepared and able to handle whatever happens in the training room with flair and professionalism.

The course goal is to provide an overview of the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed as a safety trainer and information relevant to planning, preparing, presenting, and evaluating training. Safety training development, preparation and delivery part is followed with a Train-The-Trainer master class devoted to a specific topic that trainers will teach, for example, a Risk Assessment, a Job Safety Analysis or others.

The "Train-the-Safety Trainer" course can be taught in English or in Russian. The course is suitable for all levels of training professionals and safety professionals.

Since December 2008 California HSE Group has been authorized to offer OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour Outreach General Industry courses.

We are happy to announce that our Russian branch, ROSHA LLC., has been approved as the first provider of a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Russia. There are no other approved providers of a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Russia so far.

NEBOSH (National Examination Board of Occupational Safety and Health of the UK) is the most sought-of and recognized Occupational Safety and Health qualification worldwide.

We can provide training and administer NEBOSH exams to our clients in English and in Russian.
